RFID Reader

A RFID Reader is a device that uses radio-frequency waves to wirelessly transfer data between itself and a RFID tag/label in order to identify, categorize and track assets. When combined with the right RFID software, a RFID reader can identify objects quicker, more accurately, at a reduced overall cost, and at various points of the object’s lifecycle. We carry RFID readers from the top brands, including Alien, Impinj, Motorola, Intermec, TSL, and Zebra. Our RFID Readers are offered in various form factors with many capabilities, such as laserimagerhandheld, fixedBluetoothUSBUHFHF, iOS/Android Compatible, and more! From warehousing to the office, Barcodes, Inc. has a RFID reader that can help you deliver accurate and reliable reading for any environment. Call us for a free consultation on a RFID tracking solution or to help you find the right RFID Reader to meet the demands of your business.

  7. Intermec IV7 RFID Reader

The Intermec IV7 works with the CV60 Vehicle Mount Computer to create a truly mobile RFID reader. The IV7 has various mounting configuration options including U-bolts and flexible straps, and is designed to operate in harsh environments, such as warehouses and loading docks - anywhere vehicles endure vibration and dust and temperature extremes. The IV7 runs on software hosted by the CV60 computer and connect to external computers via the CV60's wireless connection, giving users true mobile RFID reading. The Intermec IV7 can read several types of RFID tags, including ISO 18000-6b, EPC UHF Gen 2, and EPC Class 1. The IV7 is also configurable for mixed or single tag-type operation, making it the most flexible mobile RFID reader on the planet.
  8. Intermec IF4 RFID Reader

The IF4 is a simple reader or "peripheral device", with best in class dense reader mode performance, specifically designed with a RS-232 port for a cost effective solution for implementing RFID by attaching the reader to a programmable logic controller (PLC). When identifying relatively small numbers of items at a time, such as boxes traveling on multiple conveyor belts, cost savings can be achieved by deploying a single IF4 reader with four antennas instead of installing four separate readers with one antenna each. The Intermec IF4 serial reader is the ideal RFID peripheral for applications where an edge server or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is used for process control. The IF4 reduces the communications burden on the network and processing demand on the host PLC. While reading and writing RFID labels and tags, the IF4 uses an air-interface protocol for filtering out unneeded tag data caused by multiple reads and tags not required for the application.
  9. Intermec IF61 RFID Reader

The IF61 is a smart RFID reader capable of embedding enterprise-class edge server software in lieu of requiring an on-premise PC. Advanced network services built into the IF61 greatly facilitates enterprise architects in configuring a highly secure, scalable, and reliable RFID infrastructure. In order for RFID readers to do more than simply read and act as a data conduit, they need processing speed and ample memory. With the powerful combination of an Intel Celeron M 600 MHz processor and up to 1 GB of optional memory, the Intermec IF61 Enterprise Reader is the smartest RFID reader available, capable of running complex RFID applications, delivering faster processing and localized intelligence and eliminating the need for a separate industrial PC.
