RFID System Hardware, Supplies, & Equipment

Radio Frequency Identification, or RFID, is auto identification and data capture (AIDC) technology, which uses radio-frequency waves to wirelessly transfer data between an interrogator/reader and movable or stationary items to identify, categorize and track them. RFID tracking technology is used for automatically identifying, counting or tracking objects and/or people. Usually some type of identifying number is attached to the object of interest. Information about that object is stored and retrieved from a database. At Barcodes, Inc., we have trained RFID specialists that can help you build a passive or active RFID tracking solution. We carry a comprehensive line of RFID scanners, handheld readers, fixed readers, antennas, printers, software, tags, smart labels, and inlays. Learn More: RFID Buying Guide

  1. Unitech RS700 RFID Reader

The Unitech RS700 Smart RFID Fixed Reader is designed to increase inventory visibility, efficiency and business profitability. Supporting a global frequency range of 860 MHz - 960 MHz, the RS700 is capable of reading and writing all tags that conform to the EPC Global Gen2 and ISO18000-6C standards. The RS700 also includes integrated middleware, with remote management and data filtering capabilities that facilitate the accelerated installation and deployment of RFID projects.

  3. Impinj Speedway xPortal RFID Reader

Impinj's Speedway xPortal solves the size and mounting limitations of traditional portals with a light-weight, low-profile unit that is as attractive as it is effective. Measuring approximately 30.5 x 8.75 x 2 in (77.5 x 22.2 x 5 cm) and weighing less than 6.5 lbs (3 kg), its compact form is unobtrusive, streamlined, and ultimately flexible, yet delivers better performance than larger, more costly industrial-scale portals. Designed for retail, office, hospital, and other indoor environments, the Speedway xPortal is ideal for monitoring tagged items, pallets, equipment, files, or people passing through doorways, hallways, or other zonal coverage areas.
  4. Impinj Brickyard RFID Antenna

The Brickyard is a key enabling technology for UHF Gen2 Item-Level Tagging systems. The Brickyard is optimized to read near-field tags placed on products with a variety of packaging options including plastic bottles and metal foil blister packs as well as different contents such as powders, pills and even liquids. It can be used in retail and pharmaceutical applications, library systems, document control, check out counters and many other applications requiring a short and constrained read range. The Brickyard is designed for operation with the CSL RFID reader (CS-461), Impinj Speedway readers as well as other "Powered by Impinj" RFID readers.
  5. Impinj Guardwall RFID Antenna

For item-level reading of packed goods, the Guardwall provides a tightly controlled read zone and intense RF field, critical to penetrating deep into packed cases. When used as a pair, the Guardwall absorbs energy from its opposing mate so that very little passes beyond the exterior face. This configuration maximizes stray read rejection by constraining the read zone to the area within the two antennas. It also increases read reliability by maximizing the intensity within the read zone.
  6. Impinj Threshold RFID Antenna

Initially designed for boundary/threshold crossing applications, the Impinj Threshold has a very wide beam width to maximize zone coverage. Threshold antennas provide a consistent and continuous read zone when linearly distributed head-to-tail. At 18.1 x 3.5 x 0.7 inch, the Threshold's planar form factor fits readily onto fencing or other borders.

  8. Intermec RFID Tags RFID Tag

Intermec's flexible RFID Smart Labels and tags provide a versatile architecture that can be used in open or closed loop environments. Thermal transfer or direct thermal printing and chip encoding enable on demand generation of durable RFID labels and tags that can be deployed with confidence to meet a broad range of customer requirements.
  9. Intermec IA33D / IA33E Antenna Cell RFID Antenna

With its unique, mostly metal design, the Intermec IA33D / IA33E Antenna Cell are RFID antennas specifically developed for forklift installations where shock and vibration can far exceed the specifications of antennas designed for fixed RFID reader applications. Complete with mounting hardware, IA33D / IA33E Antenna Cell can be mounted with no drilling, cutting or welding which enables fast and inexpensive installations for a single forklift or fleet deployments. IA33D / IA33E Antenna Cell are available in both FCC and ETSI frequencies.
  10. Intermec Compatible Intermec RFID Antennas

Compatible antennas are compatible for use with Intermec RFID products
